AFAM 525 Chain & Alloy Sprocket Kit, 15/47 — 08774242
Price is for the complete kit
AFAM chain and sprocket kit, part number 08774242: an AFAM XS-ring Super Reinforced 525 chain (gold) with 114 links, a 15-tooth steel front sprocket and a 47-tooth aluminium rear sprocket. Chain and both sprockets come together, so they wear in as a set.
AFAM says its front sprockets are made from C45 steel with induction-hardened teeth. The rear sprocket is aluminium — lighter than steel, but it wears faster.
Check the tooth counts against your current sprockets before you order: a different count changes the gearing. Not sure? Email us with your bike and we will check it for you.
