2. Orders
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
- A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email
- Prices are shown in GBP and are the full price you pay. Sicario Racing is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged or shown
3. Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never store your payment details.
4. Delivery
- We aim to dispatch items we hold in stock within 1–3 working days. Items we order in from our suppliers take longer — the product page says when that applies
- Standard UK delivery: 3–5 working days
- Some products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers — delivery times may vary and will be stated on the product page
- We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs
- Free shipping on UK orders over £75

- We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately
- Colours may vary slightly from screen to screen
- It is your responsibility to ensure parts are compatible with your vehicle before ordering
- We are not liable for any damage caused by incorrect fitment of parts

RETURNS
POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If something isn't right, here's how we'll sort it.
1. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
To cancel, email us at sicariorides@gmail.com with your order number and we will confirm your cancellation within 24 hours.
2. Returning an Item
- Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation
- Items must be unused, in original packaging and in resaleable condition
- You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot be responsible for lost returns
3. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are refunded only if the entire order is returned
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days at sicariorides@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage at no cost to you.
5. Exclusions
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Items that have been fitted, used or modified
- Custom or personalised items made to your specification
- Perishable goods (oils, fluids, lubricants) once opened
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
6. Apparel
Clothing items can be returned if unworn and with tags attached. Please check sizing carefully before ordering. Size guides are provided on all apparel product pages.
